About Me

I graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture and a minor in Computer Science at the University of Houston. Originally from Ukraine, I have a unique perspective of seeing how different architecture styles interact with the general public on a day to day basis and am not restrained to the design decisions  emphasized at school. I also attended the Glassell School of Art for 8 years, giving me the artistic background of being able to see the larger picture and think outside the box. My experience there also allowed me to better understand proportions and composition, aiding my understanding of architecture.

During my high school career, I participated in many honor societies and extracurricular activities, where I learned to be a better team player and a better leader. I spent a lot of time tutoring students in the fields of math and science because those were the fields that most interested me, especially Physics and Calculus. I also volunteered in the public library during my free time to help organize library programs and activities, as well as shelve books and help around as much as I could.

Some of my hobbies include ice skating, creating art, coding, playing video games, and traveling. I am fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to travel to a diverse range of countries, as well as on a study abroad program through the University of Houston. For the future, I hope to become a licensed architect and have many more opportunities to travel both domestically and internationally.
